1. INTRODUCTION
This Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to payments processed by Beniquez Sanchez and Company LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, and authorized to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico under the name B and S LLC.
Beniquez Sanchez and Company LLC is the parent company and legal owner of several brands and platforms including, but not limited to:
• BS and Co AI Labs®
• BS4PYMES®
• BS and Company Agency®
Payments processed through systems operated by Beniquez Sanchez and Company LLC may correspond to services delivered by any of these brands.
2. INCORPORATION OF BRAND POLICIES
Each brand operated by Beniquez Sanchez and Company LLC maintains its own website and service policies.

By purchasing services from any of the brands operated by the company, customers agree to be bound by the terms, policies, and contractual conditions published on the respective brand website.
These policies are incorporated by reference into this Payment and Refund Policy.
3. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments for services may be processed through third-party payment processors, including but not limited to:
• Stripe, Inc.
• secure payment gateways
• invoicing platforms
• subscription billing systems
Charges may appear on bank or credit card statements under:
• Beniquez Sanchez and Company LLC
• BSANDCO
• B and S LLC
• or the name of the corresponding brand.
Customers acknowledge and agree that the parent company may process payments on behalf of its operated brands.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement executed by both parties, the following payment terms apply:
• services are generally billed in advance
• invoices must be paid prior to the commencement of work
• subscription services are billed according to the selected billing cycle
• failure to make payment may result in service suspension or termination
The company reserves the right to require full or partial prepayment for services.
5. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Many services provided by the brands operated by Beniquez Sanchez and Company LLC constitute professional services, including but not limited to:
• consulting
• strategic communications
• marketing strategy
• advertising campaigns
• public relations services
• technology development
• software systems
• artificial intelligence tools
• creative development
• campaign management
• digital services
Professional services involve time, expertise, intellectual work, and strategic planning that cannot be returned once performed.
6. NO REFUND POLICY
All payments made for services provided by the brands operated by Beniquez Sanchez and Company LLC are final.
The company and its brands maintain a strict no-refund policy.
Refunds will not be issued for:
• professional services
• consulting services
• marketing services
• advertising services
• public relations services
• software platforms
• AI tools
• digital products
• subscription services
• campaign development
• creative work
• strategic planning
• partially used services
This policy applies regardless of whether the customer:
• cancels services
• changes strategy
• decides not to continue using services
• fails to use a purchased service
Customers are responsible for reviewing all applicable policies before making a purchase.
7. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
Certain services offered by the brands operated by Beniquez Sanchez and Company LLC may be provided through subscription models.
Subscription services may include:
• AI platforms
• software tools
• digital services
• marketing services
• strategic advisory services
Unless otherwise specified:
• subscriptions are billed according to the selected billing cycle
• cancellation prevents future billing only
• cancellation does not entitle the customer to a refund
Customers will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid billing period, where applicable.
8. CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers may request cancellation of services or subscriptions in accordance with the procedures established by the respective brand.
Cancellation requests may stop future charges, but do not entitle the customer to:
• refunds
• reimbursement of previous payments
• partial refunds for unused services.
Services already performed or partially performed remain fully payable.
9. CHARGEBACK AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with their financial institutions after purchasing services provided by the brands operated by Beniquez Sanchez and Company LLC.
Payments made through Stripe or other payment processors represent payment for professional or digital services that are non-refundable.
If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without legitimate grounds, the company reserves the right to:
• suspend services
• terminate the customer relationship
• block access to services
• dispute the chargeback with the payment processor
• recover administrative costs
• pursue collection actions
• pursue legal remedies available under applicable law.
Customers may also be responsible for:
• payment processor fees
• administrative costs
• collection costs
• legal fees.
10. FRAUD PREVENTION
Beniquez Sanchez and Company LLC reserves the right to:
• investigate suspicious transactions
• verify customer identity
• refuse service
• cancel transactions suspected of fraud.
The company may cooperate with financial institutions and law enforcement agencies where necessary.
11. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSORS
Payments processed through third-party processors such as Stripe are subject to the security and compliance standards of those providers.
Beniquez Sanchez and Company LLC does not store full payment card information on its servers.
Customers should review the payment processor’s privacy and security policies.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Beniquez Sanchez and Company LLC and its affiliated brands shall not be liable for any:
• indirect damages
• incidental damages
• consequential damages
• loss of revenue
• loss of data
• loss of business opportunities
arising from services purchased through the company or its brands.
13. GOVERNING LAW
This Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with:
• the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America
• applicable federal laws of the United States
For matters arising from operations conducted in Puerto Rico, applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico may also apply.
